Valid passport books are required for this vacation experience. Your passport must be valid for six months after the return date. You cannot fly to Cuba with a passport card. We will give you instructions on obtaining the required Visa.
Deposit:
The deposit to reserve this vacation experience is $200 per person. Due to our contractual agreements, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is for this reason that travel insurance is recommended. Payment of your deposit acknowledges you have read, understand and accept Cruise Jet Travel LLC’s terms and conditions.
Payment Plans:
You may enroll in automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we will calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no additional charge.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made, in writing, by emailing sales@CruiseJetTravel,com. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is for this reason that travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Roommates:
Should your roommate cancel, you will be responsible for securing another roommate or you will be switched to the single (solo) rate. Roommate matching is NOT available for this trip.

- Men and children are allowed to travel at the same published rates.
- We will give you the flight details in January 2026.
- A valid passport book is required. You cannot fly to Cuba with a passport card. Please ensure that your passport is valid for more than six months after travel. For this tour, your passport should not expire before September 24, 2026.
- All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Cruise Jet Travel LLC reserve the right to increase prices accordingly.
- Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
- Currently, US Passport holders will have to obtain a travel VISA and Cruise Jet Travel will advise you on how to obtain this prior to travel. If this changes, we will alert you via email.
- Non-US Citizens are responsible for ensuring they have the proper documents to travel.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have authorization and the proper documents to travel to the destination.
- FLIGHTS – The flight schedule will be released 90 days prior to the trip. The group will ARRIVE in Havana, Cuba at the Jose Marti International Airport (HAV airport code) on Thursday, March 19, 2026 and will DEPART on March 23, 2026.
- We will hold a group Zoom call at least 30 days before travel.

Terms and Policies
- Making a reservation for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All payments to Cruise Jet Travel LLC or our vendors are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name correction fee may apply.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current unless you make arrangements to pay more that what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Airline seat assignments, if applicable, are solely up to the airlines.
- If you require another class of service other than the economy seats that are included in full (airline inclusive) packages, you should purchase the land-only package.
- Name Change/Correction Fee – $100 before final payment date on your invoice; $150 + any vendor fees after final payment date on your invoice.
- Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice and is subject to availability and approval by Cruise Jet Travel LLC.
- All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your invoice.
