Important Details
Broadway tickets, group dining, and transportation are arranged specifically for this experience, so deposits and payments are nonrefundable once your reservation is confirmed.
Your PURPLE RAIN ticket includes Orchestra seating on the main level of the Majestic Theatre. There are a few steps within the Orchestra seating area. Guests with significant mobility concerns or difficulty navigating steps should contact Cruise Jet Travel before booking so we can discuss the experience with you.
Tony’s Di Napoli has elevator access available for guests who need it.
Guests are responsible for arriving at the pickup location on time. The motorcoach cannot wait for late arrivals.
Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended. This is New York City, and some walking may be required between the motorcoach, theater, restaurant, and pickup areas.

Deposit
Payment plans are available. The deposit to reserve this adventure is $50 per person. Due to our contractual agreements, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is for this reason that travel insurance is recommended. Payment of your deposit acknowledges you have read, understand and accept Cruise Jet Travel LLC’s terms and conditions.

Payment Plans
You may enroll in automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we will calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made, in writing, by emailing sales@CruiseJetTravel.com. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is for this reason that travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Your New York day starts the moment you get on the bus.
Travel aboard a comfortable full-size motorcoach with reclining seating, climate control, an onboard restroom, and space for your personal belongings.
Settle in, bring your travel pillow, catch up with the ladies, enjoy the ride — and leave the driving, tolls and NYC traffic to someone else.
Transportation & Insurance Coverage
Roundtrip transportation is provided by a licensed and insured third-party motorcoach company contracted by Cruise Jet Travel.
The motorcoach company is responsible for the vehicle, professional licensed drivers, and required commercial insurance coverage.
Cruise Jet Travel coordinates the transportation but does not own or operate the motorcoach.
Travel Protection and Insurance
Because trip payments are nonrefundable, Cruise Jet Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel protection as soon as you book.
Some benefits, including Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, may only be available if insurance is purchased within a limited time after your initial deposit.
You may purchase coverage from Travel Guard or any travel insurance provider of your choice. Please review the policy carefully to make sure it meets your needs.
Travel protection is optional, but strongly recommended.

Travel Notes
- Guests age 16 and older are welcome. All guests travel at the published rate.
- Cruise Jet Travel LLC reserves the right to increase prices. Paying the deposit locks in your price.
TRANSPORTATION TO THE BUS LOCATION IS NOT INCLUDED. You should schedule to arrive at least 30 minutes before the bus departure time to allow time to get seated. The group cannot wait and will need to stay on schedule. If you miss the bus, you will not be offered a refund and must make your own way to New York City.
Those who book Show and Dinner only, must make their own way to New York City to the Theater.
- Late comers will be seated at the discretion of the theater.
Finalized Itinerary with addresses and times will be shared with the group at least 15 days before the show.
