Deposit

The deposit to reserve this vacation experience is $200 per person. Due to our contractual agreements, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is for this reason that travel insurance is recommended. Payment of your deposit acknowledges you have read, understand and accept Cruise Jet Travel LLC’s terms and conditions.

Payment Plans

You may enroll in automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we will calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made, in writing, by emailing sales@CruiseJetTravel,com. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is for this reason that travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Roommates and Roommate Matching:

If you are not in the roommate match program and your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for securing another roommate, joining the roommate match program (at least 6 months or more prior to departure) or you will be switched to the single (solo) rate.  Information about Cruise Jet Travel’s roommate matching program can be found HERE.

Travel Documents

Valid passport books are NOT required for this vacation experience.  You may travel to Chicago with your valid State-Issued license or ID card.  Please note:  If you intend to fly, you will need a REAL -ID license or ID card to avoid possible additional fees and extra processing time by airport TSA security officers.

Travel Insurance

Unfortunately, there are always situations and factors that may arise to cause you to cancel your travel experience. Cruise Jet Travel (CJT) always recommends that you purchase Travel Insurance (even if it’s not through a company we recommend) to safeguard your trip and secure your investment. Travel Insurance helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.
Please indicate at the time of registration for your travel experience, whether or not you have or will purchase travel Insurance. We cannot book you without your response. Again, Cruise Jet Travel LLC does not recommend traveling without insurance coverage. Doing so, is at your own risk.

Transportation - Flights/Amtrak/Bus

Transportation to Chicago is Not Included

Flights, train travel, and bus transportation to and from Chicago are not included in your tour package.

Please schedule your travel to arrive in Chicago on Thursday, May 13, 2027, and depart Monday, May 17, 2027. Be sure to verify your travel dates before purchasing airline, Amtrak, or bus tickets.

Chicago Airports

Chicago is served by two major airports:

• Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) – Located on the northwest side of Chicago, approximately 18 miles from downtown.
• Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) – Located on the southwest side of Chicago, approximately 12 miles from downtown.

Both airports offer convenient transportation options to downtown Chicago, including taxis, rideshare services (Uber/Lyft), public transportation, airport shuttles, and rental cars.

Important: Airport transfers to and from the hotel are not included. Travelers are responsible for arranging their own transportation between the airport, train station, or bus terminal and the hotel.

Travel Notes

– Children are allowed to travel at the same published rates.
– All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Cruise Jet Travel LLC reserve the right to increase prices accordingly.
– Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
– Non-US Citizens are responsible for ensuring they have the proper documents to travel.
– Clients are responsible for ensuring they have authorization and the proper documents to travel to the destination.
– We will hold a group Zoom call at least 30 days before travel and we will open a group chat in WhatsApp for use during travel.

Terms and Policies

– Making a reservation for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
– All payments to Cruise Jet Travel LLC or our vendors are non-refundable and non-transferable.
– Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name correction fee may apply.
– Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
– If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current unless you make arrangements to pay more that what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
– Airline seat assignments, if applicable, are solely up to the airlines.
– If you require another class of service other than the economy seats that are included in full (airline inclusive) packages, you should purchase the land-only package.
– Name Change/Correction Fee – $100 before final payment date on your invoice; $150 + any vendor fees after final payment date on your invoice.
– Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice and is subject to availability and approval by Cruise Jet Travel LLC.
– All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your invoice.
